We’ve made it easier for members to get the help they need through a new telehealth offering that gets them on track toward personalized, long-term support. This new Behavioral Health Care Navigation service is available through the Member Connect portal, with specialized IBX Behavioral Health Customer Care Advocates and licensed Behavioral Health professionals who work together to identify members’ risk needs and provide in-the-moment support, directly connecting them to care — oftentimes through warm transfer or direct scheduling — in as few steps as possible.

Shipping mushroom delivery is a little trickier than weed, but it’s not impossible. The key is to keep the shrooms dry and make sure they do not have any moisture or humidity inside their storage container. You can use a desiccant packet (like silica gel or oxygen absorbers) at the bottom of the storage bag, and place your mushrooms on top to prevent any excess moisture from seeping in.
